1/2 Butcher Hog Standard Cuts

Available upon request. Please indicate selection for shoulder, ham and ground pork or sausage. Further customization is possible but may require additional fee depending upon request.


Shoulder
  • 3 Options
A.    Whole Roast (6-8 lb)
B.      Roast cut in half (2x 3-4lb roasts)
C.     Sausage or ground pork

Loin
  • 1x 3-4 lb Boneless Loin Roast
  • 10-12 Boneless Pork Chops (2 per package)
  • 10-12 Bone in Pork Chops (2 per package)

Ribs
  • 1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 Rack of St. Louis Style Spare Ribs

Ham
  • 3 Options
A.      2 boneless cured hams
B.      8-10 Smoked ham steaks
C.     Sausage or Ground Pork

Belly
  • 6 lb smoked bacon

Ground Pork and Sausage
  • 20  lb ground pork or sausage
  • (add 7 lb if no shoulder roasts)
  • (add 10 lb if no ham roasts or steaks)
  • Options (Can mix and match)
    • Ground Pork
    • Mild Sausage
    • Sweet Italian Sausage
    • Hot Sausage
