2 tsp paprika (mild or smoked)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ to 1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
2 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Honey Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup honey
½ cup butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
½ tsp black pepper

Prepare the Pork Loin: Pat dry, rub with 1 tsp oil. Mix rub ingredients and coat pork. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Sear the Pork Loin: Heat oil in a skillet. Sear pork on all sides until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Roast the Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer pork to a roasting pan, pour sauce over it, and add ½ cup broth and ½ cup water. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes.
Baste and Continue Roasting: Uncover, baste with sauce, and roast for another 30-45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest and Serve: Let pork rest for 10-15 minutes. Scrape up pan juices, thicken with cornstarch (optional), and serve alongside sliced pork.
